Our mission is to provide resources and support for the local Asian American community, and increase the visibility and representation of the Asian American diaspora in civic, cultural and community spaces through the arts.
Umbrella Arts Festival 2026
The Umbrella Arts Festival is a celebration of Asian American history, culture and art. The umbrella symbolizes the Asian American diaspora which includes a diversity of ethnicities from over 40 Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian and Pacific Island countries around the world, and is inclusive of the many intersections of identities that exist in our communities. The festival is free and for all ages!

PLEASE NOTE: Registration is only complete once you have received a confirmation email. We are fortunate to have more artists, vendors and performers apply each year, so unfortunately we cannot accommodate every applicant. We do our best to be inclusive of participants that prioritize the arts and represent the rich diversity of the Asian American diaspora. It takes a village and financial support to host the Umbrella Arts Festival. Our festival is powered by community volunteers and funded by local businesses, institutions and members.
We do not profit from this event so your sponsorships and donations make it possible to continue what has become a beloved community event and keep it free and accessible for all.
This will be our 6th festival and it continues to grow each year! Last year more than 60 artists and local businesses participated, multigenerational performances representing traditional and contemporary arts from many different cultures and ethnicities, and over 2,000 people attended the event!
